We arrange international delivery for wholesale and commercial orders.
Large projects may be divided into multiple shipments. Freight method, estimated transit time, customs requirements and applicable charges will be confirmed in the project quotation.
Replacement Components
Where available, individual ceramic shades, lampholders, canopies, cords and mounting components can be supplied without replacing the complete fixture.

We will review product availability, customization requirements, electrical standards and production feasibility.
3. Sample and Approval
For larger projects, we recommend ordering a sample before approving full production.
Custom finishes, materials and dimensions should be approved in writing before the production order is placed.

Important Project Information
Production Times
Production time depends on quantity, product availability and customization. An estimated schedule will be included in the quotation, but complex or high-volume projects may require additional time.
Electrical Requirements
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate voltage, bulb-base, certification and installation requirements before production.
Suitability and certification must be confirmed for the individual product and destination. Hardwired fixtures should be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with local regulations.
Natural Variation
Ceramic texture, glaze, color and metal patina may vary slightly between pieces and production batches. These variations are part of the material character of handcrafted lighting.
We recommend producing coordinated project quantities within the same production order whenever possible.
Payment
Wholesale and contract orders may require partial or full payment before production. The applicable payment schedule will be included in the quotation.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and production time and cannot always be accommodated.
Once production has begun, customized and volume orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.
This does not affect the purchaser’s rights concerning verified manufacturing defects, transit damage or products that materially differ from the approved specifications.

Is white-label packaging available?
Ceramoro products are normally supplied under the Ceramoro brand. Special project packaging may be considered for sufficiently large contract orders, but availability is not guaranteed.
Can you guarantee an exact ceramic finish across every piece?
We work to maintain visual consistency, but minor differences in glaze, texture and tone are natural in handcrafted ceramic production.
