10% Commission

Earn 10% commission on qualifying net product sales attributed to your approved affiliate link or code.

30-Day Tracking Window

If a customer follows your affiliate link and completes an eligible purchase within 30 days, the order may be attributed to your account, subject to the platform’s tracking rules.

Selected Creative Assets

Approved partners may receive access to selected product photography, brand information and collection details for use in authorized Ceramoro content.

Early Collection Updates

Receive news about selected launches, new designs and editorial stories suitable for sharing with your audience.

Personal Tracking

View eligible referrals, orders and commissions through the affiliate platform used by Ceramoro.

Considered Partnerships

Approved applicants will receive access to an individual tracking link and, where applicable, a promotional code.

4. Share Ceramoro

Feature Ceramoro through original, honest and clearly disclosed content.

5. Earn Commission

Qualifying purchases attributed to your account will generate commission after the order has passed the applicable return and verification period.

Commission and Payment

The standard affiliate commission is 10% of the qualifying net product value.

Commission is not calculated on:

  • Taxes

  • Duties

  • Shipping charges

  • Shipping protection

  • Gift cards

  • Refunded or cancelled products

  • Returned products

  • Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Amounts reduced by discounts or store credit

Commissions remain pending until the order has been delivered and the applicable 30-day return period has passed.

Approved commissions are paid according to the schedule and payment method shown in the affiliate platform. Processing times and minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Attribution

Affiliate attribution depends on successful tracking through the approved affiliate link or promotional code.

Tracking may be affected when a customer:

  • Rejects or clears cookies

  • Changes browsers or devices

  • Uses another affiliate’s link

  • Uses a non-approved coupon code

  • Completes the purchase outside the attribution period

  • Prevents tracking through browser or privacy settings

Where more than one affiliate is involved, attribution will normally follow the rules of the affiliate platform. Ceramoro cannot manually guarantee attribution when the referral cannot be reliably verified.

Partner Standards

Affiliate partners must:

  • Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Ceramoro

  • Follow applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules

  • Use accurate product descriptions and claims

  • Create content that respects Ceramoro’s visual identity

  • Use only approved or legally owned imagery

  • Avoid misleading claims about materials, certification, delivery or performance

  • Make clear when imagery is illustrative or digitally created

  • Direct customers to Ceramoro’s published policies where appropriate

All opinions should remain honest and based on the partner’s genuine experience or assessment.

Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

  • Purchase through their own affiliate link or code

  • Arrange self-referrals through friends, relatives or associated businesses

  • Place affiliate links on unauthorized coupon or discount websites

  • Publish invented discounts or expired codes

  • Bid on “Ceramoro,” its misspellings or related branded search terms in paid advertising

  • Create domains, accounts or advertisements that impersonate Ceramoro

  • Send unsolicited commercial messages

  • Use misleading redirects, cookie stuffing or forced clicks

  • Make false claims or guarantees

  • Alter Ceramoro assets in a way that damages or misrepresents the brand

  • Promote Ceramoro alongside unlawful, discriminatory, explicit or harmful content

Violations may result in withheld commissions and immediate removal from the program.

Use of Ceramoro Content

Approved assets may be used solely to promote Ceramoro during active participation in the program.

Ceramoro retains ownership of its trademarks, photography, copy and other brand materials. Partners may not claim ownership, sublicense assets, sell them or use them to promote another business.

Permission to use Ceramoro materials ends when participation in the program ends.

Program Review

Applications are reviewed individually. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Ceramoro may decline an application, review an existing account, withhold commission connected to prohibited conduct, or end participation when necessary to protect customers and the brand.

Commission rates, attribution periods and other program terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate platform or registered email address.
