Orders of Every Scale

We welcome both individual residential projects and larger multi-room or commercial orders. Minimum quantities may apply to specially manufactured components, finishes or dimensions.

Early Collection Access

Trade members may receive previews of selected new pieces, finishes and upcoming Ceramoro collections.

Replacement-Part Support

Our modular approach allows many components to be replaced individually. We can assist with compatible shades, sockets, cords, mounting hardware and other available parts.

Cannot normally be combined with other promotions or discount codes
Is not transferable
May be revised or withdrawn
Does not apply retroactively to previous purchases
May exclude selected products, bespoke manufacturing and third-party charges

Membership does not guarantee product availability, production capacity or a particular delivery date. All project details must be confirmed in writing before an order is placed.

Custom and made-to-order products are generally not returnable for a change of mind once production begins. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before approving a project order.
