Lighting should be made to live with.
If your Ceramoro light needs attention, we will help identify the issue and find the most considered solution—whether that means installation guidance, a replacement component or support with a repair.
How We Can Help
Depending on the fixture and availability, we may be able to assist with:
-
Replacement ceramic shades
-
Lampholders and sockets
-
Wall plates and ceiling canopies
-
Cords, plugs and inline switches
-
Mounting hardware
-
Electrical components
-
Installation guidance
-
Compatible replacement bulbs
-
Adjustments to an existing Ceramoro fixture
Because many of our pieces are assembled from individual components, replacing one part may be more practical than replacing the complete fixture.

Warranty Support
If the issue is caused by an eligible manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, the necessary replacement component or solution may be provided under our Three-Year Warranty.
Warranty coverage does not normally include:
-
Incorrect installation or wiring
-
Installation by an unqualified person
-
Incorrect voltage, bulb type or wattage
-
Normal wear or finish variation
-
Accidental damage
-
Damage caused by modification or misuse
-
Damage occurring after delivery
-
Parts purchased from another seller
-
Labor, electrician or removal costs unless required by applicable law
Warranty eligibility is assessed after we receive the order information and supporting photographs.
Replacement Parts Outside Warranty
Where a repair is not covered by warranty, we will still try to help.
Available replacement parts may be purchased separately. The price will depend on the component, finish, customization and destination. Delivery charges may apply.
As ceramic finishes and metal patinas can vary naturally between production batches, a replacement component may not be an exact visual match to an older fixture.
Electrical Safety
Disconnect the fixture from electricity before inspecting, removing or replacing any component.
Hardwired fixtures and electrical components should be installed or repaired by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. Ceramoro cannot provide remote guidance as a substitute for professional electrical work.
Do not continue using a fixture that appears damaged, produces unusual heat, sparks, flickers unexpectedly or has exposed wiring.
Products Purchased Elsewhere
Our priority is supporting Ceramoro customers. However, if you need a compatible shade or component for another fixture, you may contact us with photographs and precise measurements.
Compatibility cannot be guaranteed until our team reviews the request. Parts modified for another fixture may be treated as customized products and may not be returnable.
