Ceramoro offers free standard customization on many of our wall lights and pendant lights. Whether you need a different installation configuration, cord length or hardware detail, we will help adapt the piece to your space.
What Can Be Customized
Available options depend on the construction of the individual light.
Installation
Many wall lights are available in three configurations:

Plug-in versions include a cord, inline switch and plug compatible with the destination country.
Cord Length and Color
Pendant drops and plug-in cords can often be shortened or extended to suit your room.

Selected fixtures may be available with alternative hardware details or finishes, including:

Wall Plates and Ceiling Canopies
Depending on the fixture, we may be able to adjust the size, shape or finish of its wall plate or ceiling canopy.
Shades and Components
Some fixtures can be paired with another compatible ceramic shade from the Ceramoro collection.
Compatibility must be confirmed by our team before ordering.
Pendant and Flush-Mount Configurations
Selected pendant lights may be adapted as flush mounts. Certain wall lights may also be reconfigured as pendant lights when their construction allows.
How It Works

2. Share Your Request
Use the form below or email support@ceramoro.com with the product link, measurements and the changes you would like us to make.
If helpful, include a photograph of your room or existing electrical connection.
3. Receive Confirmation
We will review your request and confirm what is technically possible. You will receive the final configuration in writing before production begins.
4. Approve Your Piece
Once the details are approved, we will prepare your light for production.
What Is Included
Standard modifications are free when they can be completed using available components. These may include:

Selecting a hardwired or plug-in configuration

Adding or removing a pull-chain control

Adjusting a standard cord length

Selecting an available cord color

Providing a destination-compatible plug

Pairing compatible existing components
More extensive alterations—such as specially manufactured parts, unusual dimensions, bespoke finishes or entirely new designs—may require an additional quotation. We will always confirm any cost before proceeding.
Before You Order
Customization requests should be submitted before placing your order whenever possible.
If you have already ordered, contact us within 24 hours. We will try to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Customized pieces may require additional processing time. We will advise you if the requested modification affects the estimated dispatch date.
Measurements and electrical requirements are the customer’s responsibility. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations.
Custom Orders and Returns
Customized and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the configuration confirmed by Ceramoro.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is every customization free?
Standard modifications using available components are free. Bespoke fabrication, uncommon materials, unusually large dimensions or newly manufactured components may cost more. Any additional charge will be approved with you before production.
When should I submit my request?
Ideally, contact us before ordering. If you have already placed the order, submit the request within 24 hours.
Can every light be converted to plug-in?
Many wall lights and selected pendant lights can be converted, but not every construction is suitable. We will confirm compatibility for the specific product.
Can I choose the position of an inline switch?
Where technically possible, yes. Include the desired distance between the fixture and switch in your request.
Does customization affect delivery time?
Simple changes may not affect the schedule. More involved requests can add processing time, which we will confirm before production.
Can a customized product be returned?
Customized products are generally not returnable for a change of mind once production begins. Damaged, defective or incorrectly produced items remain covered by our policies and applicable consumer law.
