DMCA and Copyright Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

1. Overview

Ceramoro respects the intellectual-property rights of artists, photographers, designers, manufacturers, brands, and other creators.

Content displayed on Ceramoro’s website—including photographs, illustrations, product presentations, text, graphics, logos, icons, videos, layouts, and other creative material—is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Ceramoro.

We respond to properly submitted copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) where applicable.

If you believe that content available on ceramoro.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, please follow the procedure below.

2. Copyright Infringement Notice

A copyright owner or an authorized representative may submit a written complaint containing:

  1. The full name, company name where applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address of the complaining party.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If the complaint concerns multiple works, a representative list may be provided.

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the exact URL of each relevant Ceramoro page.

  4. A description of where the disputed material appears on the page.

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is the copyright owner or is authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

  7. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to investigate the complaint.

3. Where to Send a Copyright Notice

Send copyright and intellectual-property complaints to:

Ceramoro Copyright Contact
Email: support@ceramoro.com
Website: https://ceramoro.com

Please include “Copyright Notice” in the email subject line.

This contact should not be described as Ceramoro’s formally designated DMCA agent unless and until the agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

4. Our Response

After receiving a sufficiently complete complaint, Ceramoro may:

  • Request additional information

  • Investigate the identified material

  • Temporarily restrict access to the material

  • Remove or disable access to the material

  • Contact the person or provider who supplied the material

  • Notify the affected party of the complaint

  • Take any other action reasonably appropriate under the circumstances

Removal of material does not constitute an admission that infringement occurred.

Ceramoro reserves the right to decline requests that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to intellectual property, or submitted by a person who does not own or represent the relevant rights.

5. Counter-Notification

If material that you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.

  3. The URL or location where the material appeared before it was removed.

  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court as required by 17 U.S.C. §512, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their authorized representative.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send the counter-notification to support@ceramoro.com with “Copyright Counter-Notification” in the subject line.

Where the statutory DMCA procedure applies, Ceramoro may restore the material no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification unless the original complainant informs us that legal proceedings have been initiated seeking a court order against the person who submitted the material.

6. Trademark and Other Intellectual-Property Complaints

The DMCA process applies specifically to copyright claims.

For complaints involving trademarks, trade dress, design rights, patents, image rights, or other intellectual property, contact support@ceramoro.com and provide:

  • Your complete contact information

  • Identification of the right you claim

  • Registration information, if applicable

  • The country or jurisdiction where the right is protected

  • The exact Ceramoro URL containing the disputed material

  • An explanation of why you believe the use infringes your rights

  • Evidence that you own the right or are authorized to represent its owner

  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may request additional documentation before taking action.

7. Misrepresentations and Abuse

Submitting a knowingly false or materially misleading infringement notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability, including liability for damages, legal costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Before submitting a complaint, consider whether the disputed use may be authorized by a licence, applicable exception, limitation, fair use, fair dealing, or another provision of law.

This procedure must not be used to:

  • Remove lawful criticism or commentary

  • Interfere with legitimate competition

  • Resolve ordinary commercial disagreements

  • Make claims concerning works or rights you do not own

  • Submit fraudulent or abusive demands

Ceramoro may disregard or take appropriate action against abusive notices.

8. Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate, Ceramoro may restrict or terminate access for users, contractors, suppliers, partners, or other contributors who repeatedly submit material that infringes intellectual-property rights.

We may also discontinue relationships with suppliers or content providers that repeatedly provide unauthorized material.

9. Ceramoro Content

Unless otherwise indicated, Ceramoro’s brand identity, logo, website design, written copy, product presentations, original photographs, original illustrations, icons, installation graphics, and other creative materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, sold, displayed, or used commercially without prior written authorization.

You may not:

  • Use Ceramoro images in another online store or marketplace

  • Present Ceramoro content as your own

  • Remove or obscure copyright notices or watermarks

  • Reproduce Ceramoro product descriptions for commercial purposes

  • Use Ceramoro content in advertisements without permission

  • Use Ceramoro content to train or develop an artificial-intelligence system without written authorization

Some content may incorporate licensed materials, public-domain elements, unprotectable elements, or computer-assisted creative processes. Nothing in this policy asserts exclusive rights beyond those that Ceramoro or its licensors legally possess.

Requests to license Ceramoro content should be sent to support@ceramoro.com.

10. Third-Party and Supplier Content

Some product information or supporting materials may be supplied by manufacturing, fulfillment, technology, or creative partners.

Ceramoro takes reasonable steps to use content lawfully. If you believe third-party material displayed on our website infringes your rights, please submit a complete complaint using the process above.

11. Shopify-Hosted Content

Ceramoro’s store is hosted by Shopify.

A copyright owner may also submit a complaint directly through Shopify’s copyright-reporting procedure when the disputed material is hosted through Shopify’s services.

Submitting a complaint to Shopify does not prevent you from contacting Ceramoro directly.

Ceramoro may update this policy to reflect changes in law, our website, or our procedures.

The most current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
